Hands down one of my favorite Verizon stores, I’m always greeted with a smile and sincere welcome. The store is always well organized and clean. Joseph goes above and beyond to cater to my requests and is extremely knowledgeable in products and tech issues I run into. I leave feeling like they all genuinely care that I am satisfied with my purchases and services.

Absolutely delighted with my experience at TCC Verizon! The star of the show was Wayra. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and valued. Her knowledge about the products was impressive, and she took the time to understand my needs, ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for.

Added items did not request..and specifically said I did not want. Returned home with news pland and bill with numerous add on fees.
Went in for one easy item. Acted helpful but screwed everything up. Three trips in one day. No manager. Hours on line with Verizon level 3 tech. All corrected.. and when they how my bill was raised with add ons...the tech knew..apologized and said, he made all correct. You did not deserve the treatment given at the Verizon Hoosick location.
