I currently rent from them but the property manager doesn’t do his job, and doesn’t care about the concerns or safety of the tenants. The place needs to have weatherization done to it but they do nothing about it. The windows leak so bad that you freeze in the winter and roast in the summer. So really wish that I could afford a different place!!! I honestly don’t recommend anyone to rent from them!!!!

My name is Joanna and Iv'e been part of Trip since 2017.. and my experience with trip wasn't so good.. but now with the change of staff I feel better and my experience with trip has changed.. MY HOUSE FINALLY FEELS LIKE MY HOME.. Thanks to both Christene N and Christene W took time with me and made sure that I was comfortable.. Thank you to the Trip family.. Worst people I have EVER rented from. I was robbed by their own maintenance men who had a key to my apartment went in trashed the place and stole money and jewelry from me. When I informed the person I thought was in charge of my building he told me that it wasn't possible they had not been there... I caught them leaving the apartment. Also the gentleman they pay to clean the building sells drugs out of his apartment. When I informed them of this they told me it wasn't possible, yet every morning there would be a group of junkies waiting to get into the building to go to his apartment. Again worst people to rent from EVER. Not at all a safe place to be.

Can't speak for the rentals, but the help getting Home Buying Grants, information and counseling is pretty amazing. I would not have known ANYTHING existed if not for them.

If you want to go someone where they put you down you are at the right place. You pay to work with them and they treat you like crap and belittle you. You are better off going to another agency in a different county that give you respect
