Completely striped my lugnut and tightened it way way past what needed ended having to break it off to get the tire off. They also left my old tire waits on when they changed the tires and mount and balanced them

Sold me tires from 2021 as new. Then proceeded to tell me if they where 1 year older they couldn't legally sell them to me. They would then have to be sent to and I quote " 4 years old we would just send them to Mexico". Refused to give me any deduction on 3 year old tires the only option I got was we can remove them off the rims for free. So then my car would be on rims.... Terrible spot be aware they sell out dated tires as new so they can give a ok price.

WORST PLACE TO GO! I pay $500 for all new winter tires and the back passenger tire keeps getting flat and I took my car twice! it’s a cranky old guy with lenses wow such a bad attitude bad customer service.

Definitely don't go there.. The tire they tell you is different from the tire they put on your car. They pay continental pro contact and install extreme and do not refund the price difference. They say 918 dollars tax included but charge 982 dollars.They are complete scammers

Good enough shop for tires and routine maintenance, but seems like their scheduling process changes every time I have gone there. They do or don't make appointments ahead of time, or first come first serve and then you make an appointment when you get there for later...

Quick in and out service . Pleasant experience getting a tire plugged , some big shops frown on this device when they sell new tires .. These guys took care of me quickly and got me on my way! Will definitely use again soon.

Tire Warehouse had been our go-to place for car repairs for years. Most recently, we were in for extensive brake and suspension work.
When we picked up the car, it obviously had not been test-driven; there were still brake and steering problems.
We picked it up again the next day, and the same problems were still there.
The third round of repair was performed at no charge, and the car seems to be fine now.
Certainly, this hasn't been an excellent experience, but they made good, finally. We'll go back.

These guys are always amazing. Matt, Bill and Ariel have helped me out MANY times just in the last year and even hooked my kiddo up with some old tires for the obstacle course in our backyard. They’re my go to and their waiting room even has stuff to keep kids entertained!

Tonight 9/20/23 I called at 4pm to check and see if they had time to install 3 tires and was told yes. After dropping vehicle at 430 I received a call saying they could not remove my lug nuts, that they were so swollen from corrosion that they could not get them off and get new ones by time they closed. When picking vehicle up I was told no socket they had would fit the lugs and it was "due to the weather" mind you it is 72 degrees out, no humidity and beautiful!! I also just got a flat 5days ago and changed my tire just fine with no heavy duty tools like they have. I knew they were just jerking me around, not wanting to do the job before they close and trying to get more money out of me. I went home and immediately took my lug nut socket and fit it right on my lug and loosened them without any issue at all. What an absolute joke. They see a woman and immediately think they can take advantage not realizing I've worked on cars my whole life and I just don't have the machine to mount and balance. My business is completely lost, shame because I have used them for years.
