Great job by Nick! He was very patient with us as we decided on cabinets, countertops, vanities and backsplash. The Testo team also installed our backsplash and did an excellent job. We love our kitchen and bathrooms and highly recommend Nick and team from Testo Kitchens!

While I do not like to write bad reviews but I feel like Testos Kitchens has dropped the ball on my parents. They purchased brand new cabinets and in less then a year of moving into there new place, the cabinets doors are warped. I have attached photos to show that quite a few doors do not even close at this point. It is a shame because they were not inexpensive. A representative was sent to look at the problem and nothing has been done...just alot of empty promises and unreturned phone calls. My parents have gone directly to KraftMaid for a resolution and their response was " While your retailer is your first point of contact, we welcome you to provide specifics of your concerns...". Testos...you should have handled this better for your customer! They bought the cabinets from you. While I do understand that you didnt make the cabinets, you were the retailer of the cabinets. You certainly didn't have a problem taking their money but now that there is a problem, you will not help...how does that make any sense? I am disappointed. My parents consciously chose a small business to purchase their cabinet from only to be left swinging in the breeze.

Took the company a month to get back to me from my initial phone call, and then basically wanted me to drop everything so they could come out that day. Then couldn't find a time when they could come out, said they would contact me when the dad got back, so they could come out one evening, then didn't hear back.
