I have been in business for over 40 years. International educator motivational speaker and many other attributes in my profession. I am sending out a caution with dealing with Smith's beauty supply in Troy NY. Mistste after mistake with orders. I retired and had $898.98 in returned products. $412.88 was their mistakes on order shipped twice. Three months I waited for credit back on card. Guess what the rest of monies owed me I can only use in credit. I have spend over a hundred thousand dollars plus with this company through my years in business. Be aware . We work to hard for our money to be taken advantage of. Don't overstock anything with them. Find companies that will give you your cash back.
