Extremely disappointed in the merge. Please avoid this location by HVCC all staff are extremely unprofessional and rude.

A commercial bank spread across the city, and Mr. Nick, who provided all the banking details, is one of the few branches that provides printing of bank cards at the time of the visit.

The staff (not tellers) in the cubicles are very cold & act as if It’s an inconvenience for me to use their time when assisting me with auto loans, fraud charges on my account & 2ce neglect to expedite my compromised card. Before the Broadview merger I had 0 issues with cards being compromised & pleasant staff encounters!
