I spent 40 hours doing a deep dive into CVD prices and had a set of earrings picked out online from a seemingly reputable website and even spoke to a live human with an American accent on the phone but something just didn't feel right so I put the online sale on hold and walked into Romanation just to see how comparable the prices were. Online price was $1,150 for the earrings I wanted and Romanation had the same size same cut same metal for $150 more. That's a no-brainer. I would gladly pay a couple hundred dollars more to a IRL jeweler to know my diamonds are real and to have somewhere to go if I have a problem.

Me and my partner went in together for promise/engagement rings, and after long story short he has gotten sick, what is the rules on return policy's or exchanges for something else or in store credit for another item!!!??? Sitting here just looking at them is beyond emotional and upsetting for me to keep and I feel now a waste of money at the time, beautiful antique rings but never got to wear them........

Had a ring created . The finished product was exquisite.My mother would go there regularly either for purchase or repair. Very pleased with service. Only drawback is parking on Saturday.

Owner very rude & nasty. Doesn’t value customers and drops the ball ALOT & truly should retire. INTERRUPTS you when talking which doesn’t allow the customers to be heard. If you do business here make sure he’s looking at the right paperwork and has the right jewelry to match the order. Too bad he’s the only jeweler in that area, robbing the community of good customer service and putting out poor quality workmanship on jewelry!
