River Street Club is a bath house with a mixed reputation. While the clientele is often friendly and sociable, the check-in process can be unpleasant. Upon arrival, visitors may be made to wait in a crowded entryway, and some have reported being told that there are no lockers available in order to encourage them to pay for a room instead. This has led some to speculate that the staff may be skimming profits by charging more for rooms than lockers. However, once inside, the club itself is generally on par with other bath houses, with a decent selection of amenities. The atmosphere can be fun, and the crowd is often pleasant. Despite some issues with the front desk staff, who may not always be welcoming or attentive, River Street Club remains a viable option for those looking for a bath house experience.
Water fountain needs to be repaired, Jacuzzi is one of the main reasons I come and it was not working on Sunday during the first three hours of opening, and finally, the steam sauna was down too

Use to go to this place regularly when i lived in Albany. Was always fun and the crowd was always pleasant, no one was ever rude nor pushy. I haven't been back in over 5 years so cant speak to the renovations that occurred in that time.
