I have been coming to this RiteAid for years and it has gone downhill. Empty shelves, dead-eyed employees, and horrible customer service. They don't even put on ambiance music anymore. Its like a funeral home. Whoever manages this place just gave up.
Today a pharmacy employee could not even be bothered to say hello, told me my prescription didn't exist (when it did), and then walked away when I asked if should park and come inside while they filled it.

It’s clear that there is no emphasis on customer service training with their employees. Make the drive to Walgreens if possible

WOULD GIVE A 0 STAR REVIEW IF POSSIBLE.
This pharmacy is AWFUL! They is mis-counted my the number of pills on two of my meds on two different occasions. When I called to talked about this, remaining calm and cordial, they became stand offish. After getting rude with me I told them I would have to call corporate if the miscount happened again. At the point the manager began accusing me of selling medications & that I was threatening him. When asked how I threated him, he stated " your going to call our corporate offices if we miscount your med". This not being a threat I giggled a little, then he got upset and said "I dropping you as a customer". Then hung up on me. I record all my phone calls I played it for friends and family, also coworkers. Everyone is in agreement that I did nothing and the manger was the rude individual and the person in the wrong. Some people need to learn to do their jobs correctly. Especially in a pharmacy, cause if you don't your messing with individuals health.

I can’t even count how many times I’ve had to go without my medication because of this garbage pharmacy. Several prescribers, ALWAYS an issue.
