I really do like this Riteaid. It’s big, the staff is nice, everything is clean and feels new. There’s one glaring issue- the lack of product. I’m a woman. Women get yeast infections. This is a common issue. For MONTHS whenever I go in, check online, or ask my partner to check for me- they are ALWAYS out of feminine hygiene problems. Severe lack of pads and tampons, no vaginal washes, no monistat- barely any azo. It’s not just feminine products- it’s EVERYTHING. With the store being so big and open- it’s a beautiful thing, but with empty shelves it’s a waste and disservice to your customers. This is a pharmacy. And yet whenever anyone goes, there’s a very good chance they won’t have what you need in stock. Not the fault of the employees or pharmacy staff but the manager may want to change suppliers because this is the ONLY rite aid I have this issue with.

The huge hole in the entrance Blacktop is ther after 2 years and is even bigger, they don't even care if a customer loses a tire. What does the manager think when they see this ?

The last few times I have gone there, an older woman pharmacist has been extremely rude, and has made comments about my toddler- the first time I was in the drive-through and, she was sitting in a car seat and she is rear facing.Which she is rear, facing because she is still under 1 and a half and it’s safer than forward facing. The lady made nasty comments about her being rear facing. Also I do not believe it is her business..And then I went inside to pick up my prescription today, and while being checked out at the counter the same women made a comment about my toddlers clothing she had on. I don’t know why she isn’t just doing her job and is making rude nasty comments to me every time I encounter her. It’s extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional,and she should probably read up on the current car seat safety regulations seeing as they have obviously changed since she’s had children and wants to make a remark every every time I go in. Thanks.

I definitely hope I never find myself at this location. Pharmacist were very rude. All three women’s all talk over me I could not even explain myself to them cause they were so Ghetto. This is something serious this is our health we talking about. Very bad service.

I stopped by this Rite Aid last night to pick up a prescription for my daughter. She needed Cranberry Juice. We grabbed a 6 pack of ocean spray cranberry juice. When we got home we realized the whole package of cranberry juice was expired!!! $8.00 on juice and you have expired drinks on your shelf for sale!!! Very disappointing not to mention a waste of our money! If I was Rite Aid you need employee's checking expiration dates on your shelf. Everything is expensive now and people don't have money to waste!! If drinks are expired I'm sure some of the food is expired also!! I'll never get drinks or food from here again!!

As a couponer I see that most of the staff is untrained in how couponing works. They won't help if a coupon beeps and there is no day manager. They are not very friendly either.

Everyone that works there is always miserable they're unorganized don't want to be there I wouldn't shop there unless you want to deal with miserable people who don't want to be at work. The store manager is the worst.
