I was at the gym this morning and at 5:40 I was looking to use one of the massage beds there was nobody at the front desk I waited around for 10 minutes even called the front desk nobody answered I walked into the massage bed area and the associate was lying down on it fast asleep I had to wake him up and tell him I wanted to use the massage bed. This is just another example of why planet fitness is going downhill and I will be turned in my membership immediately.

No handicap Accessible door to enter facility. So was very difficult to enter I had to wait for a patron or employee to notice I was outside

Whenever I have come in I’ve been greeted with a hello and a smile. Employees always say to have a good workout. I’ve even stopped and had conversations with the manager Ryan who is a really smart and down to earth individual

Jay is super friendly as are most people who work there but they are prone to being closed when they say they are open . That's annoying and the whole place is dirty. The bathrooms are the worst usually. But they have so much potential to be a good gym. Also, there is a charge of over 60 bucks if you try to get out of the black card.
