Bought a Xbox for $220 plus the controller adding $16 a couple weeks go by I test the USB on the controller just to find out it doesn't work so I wiggled it a little bit and it still didn't work. Then I brought it back to the shop and they said how I made the damages worst when the USB was already loose before I wiggled it... Plus it was damaged in the first place so what matters!?. DO not come here this place is not good with checking used items they never told me that the usb was broken. Untill I found out once my battery's died to use the USB port. I should have a controller that actually WORKS. And I was trying to tell the dude it was already loose and damaged before I wiggled the port a little plus the dude didn't even wanna talk about it because he knew he gave me a damaged controller. The owners are so indenial never shopping here again. I would give 0 stars if it was an option

Some years ago. Joe and the gf were supposed to have a midnight release for a video game . I had bought the special edition and arrived there for release but the store was empty. I called their personal cell phone number and was ghost that night . I can't express how upset I was when they tried giving back the normal edition of the game. When questioned what happened JOE "we didn't have enough people to order the games and sorry we didn't call you" . I was mad at that for years and didn't come in till I found the special edition of the game. The store for non game releases are awesome. They have retro games and the worker in there Is always very nice.

Beyond being the only real retro video game store in the area now that their albany branch closed, this would still be the best store of its type and size around. The staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly, and their prices are very fair. If you're into retro gaming, this is the place to go. They even carry some modern gaming stuff, it it is a predominantly retro store, keep that in mind.
