Horrible!!! Got a “free” tablet. Paid a “service fee” and the tablet stopped working. Can’t get a refund or a new tablet. Can barely understand customer service and the pretend to be clueless while giving the run around. Paid for tablet service for no reason. Don’t go here!!

Horrible phone service and customer service. To be clear this is the corporate office that I had the issue with, not a local store. I was notified by metro T-Mobile my account was hacked. They said it was secure and then decided without telling us that they would charge our account for a reconnection fee of $47.02. Let hackers infiltrate our account, then decide it's a good idea to charge us for the hack? SMH what type of company does that? A company who could care less about their customers or doing what's right, they want to be greedy, and grab whatever people allow them to take. Watch out, they are no good!

Big Liars The sales man at this store lied right to my face… added addons to my account did not even bother asking me for permissionFor two months i have paid my bill one day early to be charged another amt two days later, I called spoke to a representative who made ZERO SENSE ON WHY MY BILL WAS 77.00 and now two days later after my bill was due on the 19th they are saying i owe an additional $30. Im going back to boost mobile what a scam company with horrible customer service absolute garbage. Service sucks just the same anyways and at least boost can get billing right.That affordability program is a huge scam do not waste your time.
