Rude front end employees to the point I’ll drive further to shop at Hannaford or Target. Get off your phones, stop chit chatting and ring people out without eye rolls.

Came in around 8am to grab literally two things. ALL of self checkout lanes are closed, only one register is opened, with two people having fully loaded carts in front of me. Have to wait forever now just to go thru a 1 minute checkout process. DON'T shop here in the AM I guess ...

I hate everything about this store.
I hate the self check machines, I hate that they barely work and are so sensitive that if you even dare think about moving object off scanner it will not allow you to continue scanning until employee manually allows it, even if you have scanned all the items, if you move the wrong way it will not let you pay. It is a nightmare and it asks way too many questions before letting you pay.
This store is incredibly over stimulating and has significantly less product than other market32s.
I despise this company and I despise this location in particular. The only reason I shop here because this company has literally stolen the ability to choose where I'd like to shop by creating a monopoly in the area. I used to only shop at ShopRite, which by the way had a way better selection of fresh produce than any Market32s I've ever been in.
Ever since I've moved from the south which has amazing grocers, and next to this godforsaken store I've started eating out 3-4 times a week because I actually truly dread having to go grocery shopping here. It's expensive, the quality of the produce is poor and I feel like it's just a waste of my money coming here.
They charge luxury grocery store prices all while not actually providing any luxury experience compared to competitors such as whole foods.
Honestly, I never knew I could feel so much about a grocery store, but this company and this store have truly been a blight and have made my experience living in the capital region MISERABLE.
In short, I hate market32 with every fiber of my being, if Hannaford was closer I'd do all my shopping there instead.

Great grocery store with a decent variety of produce and meat. They tend to be a little more expensive and thats my only complaint

I use to love this store. However prices are out of hand. $8.00 a lb for hamburger. I went to a competitor and paid a little over 5.00 for seemingly the same thing. My meatloaf tasted good. Market 32. Do better!

I have been shopping this store over a year with high expectations of finding fresh and quality produce, but my experience left much to be desired. The lack of longevity in fruits and vegetables is particularly concerning, as they seemed to spoil within a week, even when stored in the refrigerator as recommended. The limited shelf life of these perishables greatly impacted my overall satisfaction with the store. Despite the enticing displays and seemingly vibrant selection upon entering, the reality is disappointing. It is disheartening to invest in fresh produce only to find it wilting and rotting prematurely. In addition to the produce predicament, the meat and chicken products on the shelves were also problematic. The expiration dates on these items were alarmingly close, leaving little room for flexibility in meal planning. This lack of shelf life not only raises questions about the store's inventory management but also presents a challenge for customers who prefer to stock up for the week or month. Moreover, the pricing structure is notably higher compared to other stores in the vicinity. While quality often justifies a higher price, the short lifespan of fresh products and the imminent expiration dates on meat and chicken do not align with the premium costs. It felt like a significant financial investment with little return in terms of product longevity and overall satisfaction. In conclusion, Market 32 may have an appealing exterior and a wide array of products, the disappointing quality and shelf life of fresh produce, coupled with the short expiration dates on meat and chicken, overshadow any positive aspects. The higher prices only serve to exacerbate these issues, making it challenging for customers to justify continued patronage. As a consumer seeking both value and quality, I am inclined to explore alternative grocery options that better meet my expectations.
