Came in a timely manner and called with updates. After waiting for a different company for 4 hours which ultimately turned into a no show it was nice of them to keep us informed and get right to us to help.

Absolutely horrible experience tow truck driver tried to sell me a sales pitch then when I didn't get a tow from him he started running his mouth told me I had to pay him very unprofessional scammer alert do not Use their service

We had an accident on one of thruways about a week ago. Chris from Kennedy’s Garage towed us and the car to his new location. He was very polite and was kind enough to allow us to stay in his office after hours until a family member could pick us up. Chris saw that I was on O2 and didn’t light his cigarette while we were there.
I’m sorry some customers have had a bad experience but we had no problems and enjoyed talking to Chris while we waited.

Highly recommend!! These guys were GREAT! I went in for breaks. the guys were incredibly knowledgeable, they showed me exactly what they were doing and why, honestly they really know their stuff. They also showed me a breakdown of every part I needed and the price. They absolutely do honest work! I’ll never go anywhere else they took good care of my car! They will not rip you off! Love this place!

Was called on a saturday nite responded asap ( despite being on another tow )he towed car to shop called me monday communicated got repair done I couldn't ask for more job well done wont hesitate to use them again

Kennedy auto repair is the worst auto shop I ever seen they tow people cars and leave them on the streets unsecured I seen them on the street days on end that shows you he don't care about your property that you leave in his care please people don't let this shop ever tow or repair you car

I NEVER HAD TO GET A TOW OR ANYTHING, BUT I DO HAVE A QUESTION:SO SAY YOU HAVE A SPECIAL NEEDS BUS AND THEY CAN'T GET BY BECAUSE A VEHICLE IS IN THE WAY AND NOBODY IS IN IT OR REFUSES TO MOVE OUT THE WAY SO THE BUS CAN GET BY, CAN YOU TOW THAT VEHICLE FOR BLOCKING TRAFFIC AND A SPECIAL NEEDS BUS??!!!OR IN GENERAL A VEHICLE PARKED THAT WAY, WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT??!!! OR PARKED BACKWARDS ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE STREET??!!

I do no recommend this place at all. My car got stuck in a hole and couldnt get it out, i was 5 min away from them , it took them less than 5 min to get it out from the hole and moved it for 1feet . They charged me 225$ , soo crazyy . Because i was a women and i looked nervous. I asked the guy ( kris ) for a discount and he said would you like me to put it back where it was? So rude never again … i mean 225$ for a 10 min service is crazy to me. Never again !!!!Service: Car towing

Rocco was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. The job was done on time, and Rocco even took the extra time to remove some tree sap from my hood without me even asking. I will definitely be a return customer.

my car was towed - my fault and I had to go here to pick it up. this guy ripped me off and took total advantage of me. I gave a credit card and he said cash only and charged me another $35 because HE turned away my credit card and made me go get cash. RIP OFF ARTIST - this place is a dirty disgusting mess and he smoked right in front of me. HORRIBLE!

Somewhere in the highway spaghetti of Albany, we blew out the second tire in as many days. Spare already deployed, we were cornered. Called for a tow, first time in our family since 1972 at least.Cliff answered the phone. Cliff determined he had four used tires in my size, to get me on my way to Massachusetts. Cliff drove out with a flatbed to take the van in. Rocco changed the tires. They were expert, knowledgeable, intelligent and fun. It was clear that they were committed to doing sound work, a precious value these days. Their price was very fair.The place could be a museum. So much old equipment! Also brand new equipment. Cliff looks like he knows Beetles and Pintos. He also knows engine management computers. You'll be in good hands.Services: Tires
