I just had the best experience. I met Glen who was telling me about the new line of electric vehicle charging stations and bought one for my household. Having two teslas I thought I can only use those chargers but glens expertise was above and beyond. Then I went to the counter and picked up a bunch of filters and a new mini ductless system. everywhere else they just ring me out but not here, they ask me questions to make sure I am not making a second or third trip for one project. Glen and the counter staff are the masters of customer service. I highly recommend if you need HVAC and or products for high efficiency. Thank you Glen, thank you Johnstone Supply. Other places are not quite as professional. I will be back for sure.
