Easy parking in the garage just a few doors down from this well thought out venue. I was here for a wedding. I enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff was working hard and doing a great job. The food was good. The appetizers were presented very nicely on the tables. Overall a great experience.

We had our wedding at the Hudson Candy Factory and everything was absolutely beautiful! Maria did a wonderful job communicating with our guests and organizing our space, and the food was AMAZING! If you are looking for an intimate, unique venue in the heart of Downtown Troy, you can't go wrong with HCF! <3

Went to my nieces wedding and it was fantastic. Decorated beautifully and food was delicious. Wait staff was awesome. What a great place for a wedding reception. Parking in the garage was easy and walking to the building very easy.
