I have had the pleasure of buying fine things from Howie for over fifteen years. He's always so helpful and happy to share his knowledge. I'm a huge watch lover and when it comes to high end watches, this is the guy to go to. The estate jewelry is gorgeous. I have never ever been dissapointed. His staff is friendly and wonderful as well.Whenever I shop at his jewelry and watch store, I never leave empty handed and I've never felt that I've been spoken down too and I've always been happy with whatever I purchase . ❤️

I went in to have a watch serviced and met the man Howie himself but unfortunately he was condescending and extremely rude. He spoke down to me and treated me like a child, trying to callously explain how a watch works as if I had never seen one.Apparently unless you have a Rolex and get on a waitlist of up to 2 years, you’re not worthy of having a watch serviced by the great Howie.Absolute joke of a business. Learn some basic customer service and manners.

I visited Howie's to get my name plate necklace fixed. It was my 1st repair on this necklace I've worn for over 18 years. They repaired it quickly, and it looked brand new again. I then decided to work with them to have a custom necklace made from a family heirloom piece. They were so professional and personable. They did an outstanding job with my repurposed stones. The round is in its original setting. I'm in love! Thank you for preserving my family heirloom.

I needed a repair to one of my favorite pairs of earrings and, being new to the area, I asked my son for a referral. Not only was the repair done while I waited, but I was immediately captivated by the display of beautiful pieces of jewelry on display for sale. I've already got my eye on at least one item that I likely can't avoid!

9/28/22 I called the make an appointment with them and answered the phone and I ask to make a appointment with them and hung the phone up ! Tried to call back switched the phone to the fax! VERY RUDE NOT NICE PEOPLE !!!! ?????

Made an appointment two weeks in advance to have a watch refitted. They tried to reschedule me for another week later; ultimately I ended up going to another jeweler.
