Great experience! I had a prescription transferred from another pharmacy and it was finished before I even got home. Speedy customer service and friendly personnel. Will be switching all my scripts over.

Just need to vent!!HANNAFORD IN LANSINBURG IS A JOKE!!!!!! What happened to customer service in stores? Our local Hanaford on 2nd ave is a joke. I just left there after waiting and being patient due to the registers being down. No big deal. Paid for my stuff and left. Got outside and my car wont start. So, myself and bag of groceries at 40$ go back inside only to ask the operations manager if he could put my bag in a cooler untill my ride could come. I was told no. So, i told him he was a terrible humanbeing. I called their customer service to report this store and their management and customer service defended the stores action. I was told it was due to sanitary issues( guess they havent been in that store for awhile)I have worked retail for many years and I know that stores especially supermarket chains have areas that are cool enough to have protected my purchase. So this store and this company has proved to me this corporations cute commercials about caring about their customers is false. I am a 69 yr old woman that refuses to give any more of my money to Hannaford!!!!! SENIORS UNITE!!!!!!

The Pharmacist Zach or Zack was extremely Rude and was very unprofessional. I shop regularly at the Troy Store and I was appalled at the way I was spoken to by this Zach . Wouldnt recommend this Pharmacist to anyone.

Should you ever need any assistance at all in the matter of finding an item young gentleman named Steven back in to see if his seafood section ! is always more than willing to be of service to you ! he's dutiful !precise! and efficient !.... and you can count on him to go to strenuous lengths in finding the inventory of your request!

Employees are nice and very helpful. The store is small and dark compared to their sister stores in Albany, Schenectady and Latham. Not sure if it’s the store or the companies they buy from, but whatever the reason, they don’t sell the 16 oz. six pack decaf Pepsi or Arnold’s Health Nut bread. Drives me crazy. Always have to go to Price Chopper for those items. Why?

I like this place, better selection than the Price Chopper in Cohoes and Lansingburgh. I loathe grocery shopping at Walmart so this will be my go to from now on most likely. The staff is friendly and it is kept clean.
