While I am happy with the quality of the work, I'm leaving One Star because over a year ago after the work was completed, we noticed a few problem areas and requested that they come out and just take a look. We were told someone would call us to set up the appointment, but we never heard anything. I called again several times and also stopped into the office. I have also e-mailed several times and have not received any replies. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the way they are not standing by their work despite saying they do, very unprofessional.
