This pharmacy routinely lies about filling prescriptions and comes up with excuses to avoid filling them. They have repeatedly lied to me about the prescription that my doctor sent them, telling me that the prescription I had witnessed my doctor write was actually for a different dosage. The pharmacists are so incompetent that they don't even know the difference between doses of a medication and bottles of said medication. In one of three (!) separate phone calls in which I attempted to get my prescription filled, the pharmacist used the terms doses and bottles interchangeably, leading to immense confusion when she told me that I had been prescribed "5 daily doses" (not true) when I was actually meant to be picking up 5 bottles of medication. It has been almost a month since my doctor sent over this prescription, and it still has not been filled, despite the pharmacy explicitly telling me that they would fill it in both of our two most recent calls. I have not once been provided the medication in question without at least one phone call to address the pharmacy refusing to fill it for various "reasons".

This place is horrible I had a prescription sent to them one week ago and they said that they put it back after 14 days but its only been 7 days

Okay I know the people working there can be really slow, but they are all very nice. And parking is a-plenty and right outside of the doors. Really convenient. I'd say it's just a good pharmacy 🤷🏾♀️

Worst pharmacy on the face of the earth.
They have 5 people working and 1 person on the register. The person at the register is requesting assistance and everybody is ignoring her. Do not come here and support the p.o.s pharmacy

I got what I needed from the in store pharmacy. I prefer using the drive thru but it was closed due to short staffing.

So, because the other store closed early that was up the street ($GEN), I happily went to CVS and spent my hard earned money here. Janice was very nice and friendly and smiled. I got what I needed and left quickly - A most wonderful experience all over.
