Great people to work with! Had an issue with the bill on my snowblower service, and Nick Jr. took the time to listen, look into the problem and help to resolve it to my satisfaction. Would gladly work with them again

Bad experience , I walked in with old parts in hand to match and got greeted by an Associate . We talked for a few minutes, He showed me to the plumbing aisle and they did not have what I needed. Suggested a different place might have what I needed. I proceeded to leave, went to my car and was followed by a different associate . She asked me if I stolen/paid for those items . I said these items? I didn’t know you guys sold used items in Ziploc bag . She looked at me, said sorry the new girl thought you walked out without paying for the items and just left .After this experience I will never shop there again.If you want to get accused of shoplifting, this is your place The shop .

Incredible customer service. Someone is always there to greet you at the door and offer their assistance. Most recent purchase was a push mower - I expected to walk out with the mower in a box... Was pleasantly surprised when I found out they were in the back assembling, adding oil, and testing it before they loaded it in my truck. Even more surprised when I got home and noticed they put a full tank of gas in it!!

I went in to buy a Stihl battery operated leaf blower. The expert was called over. He knew everything about the equipment and knew exactly which model would suit my needs. There was no pressure sales to buy a more expensive model. I’ve bought mowers here, had chains sharpened. You name it. Everything the big box stores have is here except for the hassles. Always someone there to greet you. Buy local!!

A true hardware store with old school charm. People greet you, they ask if you need help, and they actually know about topics like plumbing, electrical, and tools. Its not like the big box stores where I had to teach the "tool guy" now to install a wheel on a 4 1/2 hand grinder. This place is the real deal
