Nice people and excellent communication. Unfortunately they do not deliver on results or efficiency. My vehicle has been there for roughly two months and they continue to try and cut corners on the repair work. I think they get the insurance company money and don't look back. It's too bad because they are very pleasant otherwise but results matter at the end of the day.

Cole’s Collision did amazing work on my car. Everything was fixed much quicker than the original estimate, and it looks and feels brand new. The customer service was fantastic and they gave updates on the car on a regular basis. I had a fender bender and wasn't that serious but was worried of the hassle and whether I would get it done in time for a trip planned. Both Travelers Insurance, Enterprise and Cole's Collisions worked seemlessly to create the best experience if I had to have had an accident. Car looked great when I picked it up ahead of scheduled.

No other collision shop was willing to take my vehicle in due to the fact I bought the part myself, I knew the part would fit my vehicle because I did my research, this shop had no issues with the fact I bought the part myself, everyone was extremely friendly and they did such an amazing job with the repair and the car detail at the end. Cassie, Jessica & the whole crew at the No. Greenbush location of Cole's Collision were truly top-notch! Communication was A+/excellent over the course of the near 3 weeks they had my vehicle for repairs after a minor "fender bender". They were even done a few days sooner than first estimated & the whole process between them, my insurance company, & Enterprise for a rental car was also made very easy by their expertise. I hope to not ever need their help again (ha!) -- but, if I did, I would 100% without hesitation recommend their services.Services: Painting

Last time I take my car here what it was supposed to be a 7 days jod it turn in a full month they told me they to contact my insurance for a supplement and when I call my insurance they told me that they haven't contact them So they lie. They dont even call me to told me my was ready for pick up and now I have to pay 1000 plus for the rental bue of they badly communication.Service: Body & Trim

I’m really sad that I didn’t have the same experience as many of these reviewers. I was told my repair would take two weeks at the absolute max (this was after waiting nearly four weeks to even get my car in for an appointment, which I gladly waited for due to the positive reviews I read about this location). It’s been four weeks now and I’m still waiting for my car. Was told I’d receive daily updates— also not the case. I don’t think I’d receive ANY updates at all if not for me constantly having to call them every few days or so, I think I’ve received one or two texts from them otherwise, they’ve been extremely vague with me about the repairs and the delays. I totally understand that things happen, parts get delayed, businesses are understaffed, but being out of a car for this long with no backup has been a major hit to me financially and with no updates and unfriendly customer service on top of that (I was hung up on this morning after just asking for an update), I have to say I’m really disappointed and stressed out by this whole process. Truly shocked that more reviews don’t talk about this.update: General manager Joe called me afterwards and talked me through my concerns. He’s a really nice guy and had an honest and open conversation with me, probably the only nice and detailed conversation I’ve had with anyone through this experience so far.However, since the repairs, my car is noisier than it was when I brought it in to the shop and my driver side door is now making an insufferable ratting noise whenever I drive. Called and asked about a part that they had to install that I was waiting on for over two weeks and was once again met with rude service and was cut off mid sentence when I asked if they wouldn’t mind taking a look at some of the above annoyances. Yeah, I’ll never be going here again. So disappointed.Service: Body & Trim
