Clean and tidy, rent is a little steep but if you make $1000 a week you're set. Everything is pretty close so its convenient. Neighbors are usually pretty good

I have been living here for 5 years. Overall there is nothing big to complain.Amenities: Basically no on-site amenities. You have to drive to Sugar Hill for places like game room, gym, swim pool, etc. I've never been there.Management: The management team is super responsive and kind. For the five years I had all kinds of problems and I am satisfied with how they fixed them. Once I got a power outage on a labor day and I called them. They got here in half hour to find out it was just the switch in the building. I got other things like locking myself out of the unit, they were always fast.Building: The buildings (exterior and interior) are relatively new, compared to Troy Gardens (they are about the same rent), and are well-maintained. The only bad experience was that my neighbor who lives upstairs is nasty. They left their window open unattended, which caused a severe water leakage in my bedroom after heavy rains. I had to call the management to replace the entire floor of my bedroom, which was swollen due to the soakage. Also, they sometimes talk in the midnight like 2-3 am (to loud) and I can hear it very clearly. (you can say it's due to the poor sound insulation, but ultimately you live in an apartment and you should expect that, the only thing you can do is not to make to much noise. This is also respecting your neighbor). Parking lot is spacious. Never had worries find a place to park. The management won't ask you to remove your vehicle in the mornings following snows (as far as I know, Cedar Park does that).Security: The place is pretty remote from downtown so there isn't much worries, but I do had my package taken by someone else and I never got it back (just one).Overall it's a good place to live and I would recommend it to my friend as long as you get good neighbors, or you live on the 3rd floor so you won't be affected by your neighbors.

I’ve lived at Brunswick Apartments for almost a year and I really love it. It’s quite and I feel very safe, especially with having the main entrance door lock after them being closed. The only problem I’ve had was both my bedroom and bathroom door handles popped off after about 2 months of moving in, no idea why. I live on the bottom floor and the only thing I’ve noticed is I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking around some times but it’s not too bothersome for me. I’ve had zero other issues with the rest of the apartment or complex at all. The staff and maintenance workers are so friendly and helpful with everything, neighbors are all super nice also. I’d definitely recommend living here

I like the apartment I live in. As long as you keep your place neat and clean and it’s quiet not to much else should matter. I think you have to take a few thing into consideration when u review these apartments...these are older buildings so unless they replace all of the windows and sliding glass doors there’s going to be moisture and drafts from time to time, the hallway may have an oder due to a rug that’s probably 30yrs old lol but I’m not worried about that as I dont live In The hallway! I have to say for me this is the WARMEST apartment I have EVER had! It is electric heat but my electric bills have never been so low believe it or not! I never run out of hot water while showering plus you have all the amenities of sugar hill up the road. no one bothers you, maintenance is quick and efficient. as far as noise goes I haven’t had a problem. The grounds are kept nice ,they plow and most of all you don’t have a landlord bothering you. And the way rent prices are now I think Brunswick Apartments are worth it. Where can u go for the price and have a pool tennis courts a gym a community garden etc.. I like it here

The apartments were super dated; including stale carpeting(gross). The guy from the rental office got me lost when taking me to look at an apartment because he drove too fast. His response? "oh". I could compromise on the shabby apartment due to being in a time crunch but I don't want to deal with rude people anytime I might need something.

Eric at the rental office was borderline rude and surly. The building the rental office was in stunk like bad food. While waiting for Eric to finish up his phone calls I heard some pounding coming from above, it didn’t seem to phase him “oh someone is probably just nailing something up”. Lot of hoops to jump through to rent what is a pretty low end apartment along with the unfriendly management...look elsewhere.
