“I’ve used Anthony and his team on 3 separate occasions and each time I feel and look great. Consistent, attention to detail, extremely professional is how I’d describe the experience. Clothes are crisp, shoes look fresh out of the box and they make last second alterations in 15 minutes. Don’t spend your money anywhere else.”

“My experience here was AMAZING, and the service is immaculate. They are so friendly, accommodating and very helpful. My boyfriend rented his tux at a very good price while the other places we were gonna go to were charging $30-$70 more but got it for $200 and change. My dress was amazing, it fit perfectly and I was given the option to alter it once it came in but I was just the perfect height. Prom is very special for many people, but first proms are extra special especially if you have a date, Futia’s made it even more special. We will definitely be coming back next year because of the service, price range, and the style. And I’ll say right now, I may be bias but everyone else said it too, I was the best looking one there because of that lovely dress.”

Yvonne and Ashley helped so much! I was super upset in panic mode, these ladies calmed me down along with one of my bridesmaid and husband lol, but really with all their help it made it all happen the way i wanted. I do highly recommend Yvonne and Ashley if you ever go to the bridal store in Albany definitely ask for these wonderful ladies. Super sweet, attentive and kind. “I don't know how I got so lucky to end up here for my first dress fitting but I'm so thankful. Everyone at Jocelynn's bridal is fabulous! I came here from 5 hours away for each fitting and it was so worth it! They truly remember their customers and make you feel so welcome and at home, they offer advice when asked and are so detail oriented and professional. My dress fit perfectly on my wedding day and I was truly sad to be picking up my dress and not going back. I highly recommend this shop- I didn't realize dress shopping/ fitting could be such a big part of the wedding process but it was- and Jocelynns made it fun and seemless!”

“After having a horrible experience at (major name wedding dress chain), I was feeling pretty deflated about dress shopping. I grew up near DeAnna’s and had always heard great things about their dress shop, so I decided to try it out. Right off the bat, I could tell that this would be a great experience. Dianne asked me questions about what I liked and picked out some dresses that fit the look I was going for. She was incredibly organized, helpful, and patient (I can’t make a decision to save my life)! Sheworked within my budget and was able to cut down my costs by adding lining to a see-through area of the dress for me. When the dress came in, it was the perfect size and fit! The only alterations I needed were to the length and the straps. My mom, grandma, mother-in-law, and I always had a great time with her at my fittings. The dress can be one of the most stressful parts of wedding planning, but she made everything so smooth and easy for me. She made me feel comfortable, confident, and even gave me some great tips and tricks for the wedding day. I am SO happy that I decided to go to DeAnna’s for my absolutely magical perfect dress!”

“Delmar Custom Tailor and Cleaners gave me and my son the best customer service we have ever experienced in life. My son received his uniforms on a Friday and needed them tailored and military pressed by Monday morning. We called all around Albany and no one could help us- my last call was at 6:45 to Delmar Custom Tailor, which closes at 7pm. I explained what I needed and the owner explained that he was very busy and would have to work over to get the job done and would have to charge double for the work. I agreed, he remained open until my son arrived. When my son arrived he encouraged him to stay focused and to continue to work hard to accomplish his goals. He told him that he reminded him of one of his sons and he wanted him to be great. In order to complete the order he worked that night until 2 am to finish his orders for Saturday and then focused on my sons uniforms on Saturday morning. The workmanship was excellent and my son was complemented for his uniforms being "perfect". Not only did he deliver early, he only charged regular price. We truly thank Delmar Custom Tailor & Cleaners for going the extra mile and doing a fantastic job, we really appreciate your dedication to your customers.
