“I've been buying appliances solely from Greens for 5 years now. A plumber recommended them. He told me of the owner buying back an out of warranty item from an unhappy client. His reasoning was simply to keep the client happy. Their parts are all warrantied and from the manufacturer. There is a difference from the parts you get at Greens and the ones you get in the major stores such as Home Depot. Recently I purchased some appliances for a family member as a birthday surprise. On the delivery date, the weather wasn't promising but Greens made the delivery happen. Not only did they do that, they made all the efforts to keep the delivery under wraps. The icing on the cake was Greens making a huge print out birthday sign. They didn't have to do that but they did. That's why Greens is number one in my book. Family owned and operated, with genuine parts and the backing of a business who cares about its clients.”

“I called Marcone for an over door glass pack on a Friday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. I spoke to an extremely helpful and friendly person who took my order and said the part would probably ship on Monday since it was so late in the day, arriving on Tuesday (which was fine with me). Imagine my delight when I received email notification that the part shipped that same Friday afternoon after all and then the part was delivered on Saturday! Really nice to be "surprised" in such a positive manner. My thanks to Marcone for their fast, friendly support (and it was the right part, too! We just finished fixing the oven door).”

“I’ve been renting from Aaron’s for 11 months now. So far rented a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and a ps5. The process to rent is so smooth and easy. Every employee here I have interacted with has been extremely polite and made the experience more joyful. Thankfully I have been able to pay my bill on time and early since starting with them so I can’t say how they are when you’re late on payments yet but so far my experience has been great. I look forward to continuing renting from this Aaron’s.”

Have bought different products there for 30 years. Love that they cover their product for 3 years after purchase. Would go there again!”

“I was greeted by Connie, asking how she could help. After telling her I wanted copy of key made, she directed me to the isle and said someone would be there momentarily. Nick said he would see if they had the one i needed and made a copy. Then he walked towards my car with me to make sure it worked. I told him to go ahead of me, saying he could check it and be back before I could get there with my walker. We had a great conversation, revealing his beautiful soul. The price was so low, I asked for more copies. Then he walked to the register with me, and Connie assisted my check out. What an awesome staff of true service souls!”

“This review is about the excellent customer service that I received when I stopped by the store today. I was looking for a retro refrigerator that I saw online and couldn't find at my local store. In fact, my local store told me that there were none at any Home Depot stores. I decided to stop by the Latham store anyway. There were 2 display models for sale. Zack helped me with the fridge. He dusted it down and when I realized that the second model looked better (from the front), but was missing the handles, Zack and another employee, got out their tools, took the handles off of one and screwed them on to the other. When we pulled the second one out we realized that it was badly dented in the back. I apologized to Zack for doing all of that work for nothing and he let me know that it wasn't a problem. That is what he was there for. He then proceeded to call around to see if other stores had what I was looking for and he found exactly what I was looking for at another Home Depot. I don't know if Zack, or any of the other employees who helped me today will ever see this but, for everyone else who does, this is how a store should run. This is customer service at it's BEST! Thank you”
