Came in to get my tires mounted. After getting the car back, the steering was shaking, which is probably an wheel balancing issue.
I brought the car back and asked for the wheels to be balanced again. They said that the balancing was indeed off and that they re-calibrated their machines and redid the balancing. Once again the shaking did not go away.
Went to another shop and paid to check the wheel balance and indeed they were still out of balance, which they fixed and now the shaking is gone.
If you're a tire shop, this is something you absolutely must get right, and you failed twice.

Polite staff not pushy. Needed a car inspection and wasn't sure if my car would pass because of the brakes. Needed oil change and they advised me no issues with my brakes but two tires would not pass. Ordered 2 tires for delivery the next day and went back for new tires and passed inspection. I'm a woman and the employee didn't "mansplain" or degrade me and was professional and curteous. Thank you, I will be back if I need anything in the future.

Tried to take me for 600 dallors said I failed Ny State inspection stating car is pigeon toed and requires two new front tires and an alignment. Individual at front desk ( middle aged bald white guy) told me if I was his girl , hed do these things. He did not have sticker removed nor did I get any paperwork nor was I charged 10 dallors. He swears he was gonna make an unnecessary sale and schduled the work for the next day. I did not show sounded weird to me my dad was a mechanic plus Id gotten an alignment when the car was pulling and two new tire three month before this. I took vehicle to a Honda dealer local and with no mention of Adirondack " failing " my vehicle days earlier MY VEHI LE PASSED INSPECTION. Not one mechanic at Honda told me anything remotely like what they did. Shady individuals doing shady work. BE CAREFUL! Ive made a report to the FTC as well. .
