My first two experiences with the Niagara Falls Boulevard One Stop involved NYS inspection on consecutive days for two of my collector vehicles. Both appointments were for 8:00 AM and I waited in the comfortable office. The staff was friendly and very efficient. My cars were taken almost immediately and returned to me in a short time. I witnessed several other customers as they interacted with the staff. The customers were greeted respectfully and accommodated with convenient appointments as well as explanations of what might be needed to service their vehicles. The personnel and facilities of this new One Stop were excellent!

Went in for inspection had a leak in the tire and needed a lightbulb changed. As always, they’re fast, exceptional, and professional. And the price is always right. They never overcharge you. I would recommend this shop anyone looking for an honest mechanic I repeat honest.

WNY One Stop Automotive has helped me several times, not only for NYS inspections. They fit me in when I had a sudden problem with my tire pressure. They also took care of my car when I didn’t realize my oil was dangerously low. They fit me right away because I was going on a trip the next day! I used to take my car to the dealer’s for service, etc., but now I only go to WNY One Stop Automotive because they are very friendly, honest, competent, and have a superb reputation! I would definitely recommended them.

Had to bring in vehicle for oil change. Thankfully they did a once over of my vehicle and found my tires to be near bald and had some dry rot. Price was reasonable to replace and I had the vehicle back that afternoon!

Did very thorough excellent work on my vehicle that I needed to have done. I never really had this much work done on a vehicle so asked for pricing. I really can’t see if it was high or low, but it seemed to be OK on the price cause I know everything is gone up in the past few years, they were honest about what work needed to be done on my vehicle when I got the vehicle back it ran very very solid. No lights on air conditioning works great. I would recommend but give them time because they do get quite busy but once again, I do recommend they do . A++++ Work and it was done within a reasonable time

Just had inspection done and they advised me I would need brakes in the near future and they gave me a price for brakes but I had to put the brakes on hold for now

Brought my 'vintage' (pre-OBD II) car in for some diagnostic work and repair (car would crank but not start), which can be a challenge as the plug-in diagnostic tools used on newer cars simply won't work. WNY One Stop's mechanics identified the issues (there were a few), and the shop worked with me to fix the problems within my budget. Car runs great now. I'm admittedly not always easy to please (I can be demanding at times) but I left WNY One Stop as a satisfied customer.
