No gimmicks, no extra sales pressure, just a truly watch enthusiasms paradise. If it's as simple as a new battery, band or even a quick tune up, this is your one stop shop. I've stopped in multiple times to shop and to talk about watches and every time met with experience and enthusiasm no matter what the case. I met with three jewelers before Elliott and ended up working with him for my wife’s engagement ring, her wedding band and my band. Unlike others, Elliott doesn’t push for the sale first meeting or try to fit what he has into what you’re envisioning (if he doesn’t happen to have something in). He educates you on the entire process and what you are purchasing (even has you look at the diamonds under the scope and point aspects out). We worked together to create the perfect ring. The process consisted of many visits (due to me being insane), creation of CADs to OK the look, bringing in 7+ diamonds to choose from and so on.
Working with Elliott was a fun, educational, non-rushed and non-pushy experience. I cannot recommend him enough and will continue to go back.

“I went to airport plaza jewelers THE SHOW ROOM to see about a battery for my watch.I was treated like I came in to buy some diamonds from the moment I walked in! Was greeted by this gentleman who asked what I wanted and took me over to another gentleman who was the one who could help me we had a little chatter the guy went to work on my watch I payed in and out in 5 minutes! They had different prices for the batteries I find 10 dollars a great price I have several other watches to replace batteries I know where I'm going ! They have some beautiful jewelry in the store if I'm in the market I know where I'm going they were very professional and a little sassy at the same time I liked the place”
