Hands down the best in the business when it comes to anything watch related!! I've personally been to many jewelers and other watch shops in the WNY area and Watch World is by far the place to be! No gimmicks, no extra sales pressure, just a truly watch enthusiasms paradise. If it's as simple as a new battery, band or even a quick tune up, this is your one stop shop. I've stopped in multiple times to shop and to talk about watches and every time met with experience and enthusiasm no matter what the case. I have and would recommend Watch World to anyone if you need anything watch related!! The Owner, plus staff is knowledgeable and happy to help with any watch needs!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! Awful experience, sales rep had zero time for me. Not sure if he didn’t think I would buy, but I asked to try on three watches and by the second watch he barely even wanted to let me try it. I asked for what sizes they were and he said I don’t know. I went to take a photo of the ref # so I could find out for myself later, and he got a extremely sassy, snatching the watch away from me and saying we don’t let customer take photos of the tag. It is an understandable rule, but awful customer service and I wasn’t aware of that as I’m new to buying watches. Went in looking to spend up to $2k, and there was a super nice luminox for less than $1k. Hell maybe I’d get the diver and the field luminox. Left spending zero dollars because of the rude representative (older guy at the store). I guess don’t shop here unless you want some rude grumpy guy showing you watches. (Attached photo incase the owner responds and said I must have gone to a different shop.)

Very helpful with an issue with a self winding watch. I've been here several times and he does not recommend unnecessary repairs or service. I recommend him to my friends.

I'm impressed with the friendly customer service I received the past few times from the young man that greeted me. It's nice to see a smile. I've had them service an old watch, and replace batteries. Don't waste your time going to the chain jewelry stores for a battery or a repair. Watch World will take care of you at a very reasonable cost. Also, they have one of the biggest selections I have seen.
