By far the worst place to go if you want your medication in any type of timely manner. I kid you not, this is no over exaggeration, but there's a 50/50 chance that you will literally stand there waiting for a couple hours.You would literally be better off, picking a pharmacy in a whole other state like Pennsylvania, and making the drive way out there, and it would still take you less time than just driving down the street and getting your meds at this one.In short, if your looking for a pharmacy to get your meds at.....PICK ANYWHERE ELSE

Outstanding!!We stopped in looking for vitamin supplements and 2 different employees stepped in immediately to help. Truly outstanding customer service & a very clean store too.Highly recommended

I went here with one of my sons to get medicine for my other sons fever. When I was checking out I had my card in upside down I didn’t realize it as my son grabbed the handles of the bag because we were rushing back to my son with his 102 fever, the cashier grabbed the bag back from my son. The man behind me nicely told me my card was upside down and I turned it around and it approved. I thought how rude he grabbed the bag from my 11 year old before he checked my card. I was buying children’s medicine. He assumed my card wouldn’t work the second time, which it did. If I were the cashier I would have offered to pay for the children fever reducer not grab the bag from the 11 year old. He was a large white man with dark hair and no manners. I felt as if he was judging my son based off his skin color. Moral of the story I could afford it and all he did was grab the bag from my son for no reason but to embarrass us while we were in a rush to get back to my sick child.

The store manager, kimberly is the most rudest angry person I’ve ever met in my entire life. I had an issue getting the correct prescription and she handled it in the most unprofessional manner. I cannot believe that this store manager, kimberly actually has a job there I definitely called it into corporate and I hope nobody else hast to go through what I went through with this awful person. I will never go back to Walgreens ever

The customer service at this Walgreens was by far the best I have ever received. Jane was so helpful and really wanted to help me get exactly what I needed. Such a sweet person in general who cares. Especially since recently I've had such bad experiences with Walgreens It's refreshing to know that I can count on this one! Definitely the best Walgreens in this area by far! Thanks so much Jane, you're the heart of this Walgreens!

Kimberly, who I dealt with who I found out shockingly she is actually the store manager, is rude and very unprofessional. That's all I really have to say I'm going to another pharmacy because his pharmacy is awful and they don't know how to handle their own mistakes

With new insurance, I was glad to finally not have to use Walgreens. I think a big problem they have is that they just fill too many prescriptions to be able to offer good customer service. Besides the lines to pick up, at least 9/10 times that I would order a refill, it would either not be filled yet, or out of stock. Once I had a prescription that was for 180 pills- they gave me 80 & when I went to refill, they said it was too soon, and I had to go there to prove to them (wasn't easy!) that they didn't give me enough. It turned out that they filled 80, then forgot to add the bottle with 100. I gave 2 stars, because I liked the messaging for refills, but it never worked and prescriptions wouldn't get filled. Huge hassle. If you have to use Walgreens, maybe try to find one that doesn't fill 1000s of prescriptions.

This is THE worst pharmacy. Every time I have to go here, the minimum wait in the drive thru is at least half an hour. The pharmacist Ashley is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Today after sitting in the drive thru for 40 minutes they told me my prescription wasn’t ready, even though I had an email that it was. You’d think she would have been nice and said give me a minute I can grab it, but nope, she had to be rude and argue with me. How long does it take to count out 30 pills? She then told me to get out of line or she would call the cops. I came home and switched everything over to CVS. The other issue I kept having is they would refill medications I didn’t even use anymore, even though I cancelled them in the app and called.

These snowflake order takers they call "pharmacists" are a total joke and this Walgreens pharmacy is horrendous. The workers are all punks with terrible attitudes and they lie on top of it. They wouldn't fill a script 2 hrs early so I would have to wait till the next night and not have my mess for the morning, and they tell you it's illegal. ITS NOT ILLEGAL, you can fill a script early up to 7 days in the life of the script. People are void of all critical thinking skill and will jump off a bridge or wear a face diaper if told to. This snowflake culture is pathetic. Walgreens has the worst customer service around and I suggest a pharmacy that appreciates business and knows the law like CVS or a smaller private pharmacy. These people are order following zombies! ?♂️

So if I could give a ZERO I would. Not only did this pharmacy charge SOMEONE ELSES bank card for my script... But also gave ME someone else’s meds in which I took that night! - I got two bottles of meds, one had my name on it, the other belongs to someone else. I didn’t see the tiny name until after I took the med already. Two hippa violations in one transaction-Thank God I wasn’t allergic to this medication! And Poor “Lisa” doesn’t have her meds! I called and the pharmacist said “I’m really sorry that happened but can you bring the meds back” - Um... is this a joke? It’s really not funny.
