My Dr sent a prescription to this branch at 12:10 pm. I waited about 2 hours before going to pick it up, partly to give them time to fill it and partly because I have a sick kid at home. When I arrived and told them I was there to pick up my prescription, I was told it wasn't ready. Apparently ALL the pharmacy techs went to lunch at 1:30 but did not check the system for new scips before going to lunch. They also did not check after returning from lunch. They want me to go back sometime between 10-30 minutes. I have a painful UTI and a sick kid. I'm not going back. I'll figure something else out. They had over 2 hours to check their system and fill prescriptions.

Not uncommon for the pharmacy to have rx out of stock for days, leaving you screwed and zero help whatsoever. I'm changing

Everyone doesn't like dogs. It would be awesome if your staff was sensitive to that fact and didn't let a customer let his dog walk around the store off the leash while they play with it.

Came in for a passport photo and the girl up front had to take out her headphones to hear me ask. She had zero sense of urgency and took her time going back and forth between us and the counter without addressing anyone saying she'd be right there or right back. Painfully awkward and slow. The photo machine made it so easy to make sure it met passport regulations but it still said head was tilted and she didn't do anything so I got it's fine.

Love this store. Never really to busy. Staff is always friendly and courteous. They have this clearance rack that I recently discovered and sometimes they have some really expensive items on clearance, like that diamond in the rough kinda thing.

Absolutely disgusting. People piled on top of each other on a Tuesday morning, two without masks actually hacking, one cashier leaves to get bags out of her car for a customer while there’s a new girl up front alone with a line to the back of the store. Horrible service besides the young lady cashing me out.
