Normally really good about picking up prescriptions in the drive thru.but sitting here for 20 minutes with a special needs child is absolutely ridiculous.

Corner of Sheridan and Delaware. I've written this review before. I like this location. Because of its easy access from both cross sheets or Sheridan and Delaware. Also large easy well lit parking. It's like most Walgreens, easy inside and out. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have.

This is the best Walgreens in the Buffalo area. There's ine across the street from me, but I don't go to that one. Rather, I go to the one with the best pharmacy, which is the Delaware/Sheridan location. My whole family is known by name there by all the team members. The store itself is clean and well stocked. The last time I went in, I was able to get my meds immediately, get my last name and address changed in the system, and received stellar customer service the whole time. Since this is the time of Covid, they are taking proper safety precautions. If you don't want to go in despite this, not to worry! The pharmacy's drive-thru is fast and easy. It's usually what I use and they still know me by name. This is a good place to get a flu shot, too. It's quick, sterile, and relatively painless because they're all so gentle and nice here. I highly, highly recommend this location.

This is the second generic drug in the past week that has been an issue for me. One of the prescriptions is a material that is not approved as a non-carcinogen; recalled in Canada, but not in the USA. Clearly the manufacturers of the generic medicines have very limited oversight, and Walgreens is price-driven-only about the generics. Apparently, safety is not a priority. Even after I requested a replacement prescription with a different manufacturer, the pharmacist sent me the exact same stuff. Either over-worked or just indifferent, I'm not sure. I will be researching for a new pharmacy.

Normally I am not thrilled by the people here. But today the Sunday before Memorial Day I was greeted by the photo clerk and he was polite and asked if I was or any member of my family was a veteran. I said yes and he gave me a discount on my items. He was very nice.

Pharmacy has not had the drug in stock even though it's an auto refill. Most of the time I have to return for medication because they need to order it.

If you stay in a well full of copper for too long, you'll end up turning Wellgreen. Which colour is that. It's, well, green. In Tonawanda New York on Sheridan Drive at Delaware, this pharmacy is expensive and not my favourite place - where I usually pick up prescription pills for somebody that I live with - and only if I'm going to the salad place across the street... but it's no different from any of the others. Speaking of wells... it puts the Walgreens Lotion on its skin or it gets the hose again. Wait. What's so bad about getting the hos.
