This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been told a script would be ready the next day twice now and it is still not ready. Now it’s a different story it’s on back order and needs auth. Why was I not told this 3 days ago. This pharmacy is horrible and lies, they also take forever to do anything. So thankful for Brighton Eggert pharmacy! They really care about their customers.

The customer service at this Walgreens was by far the best I have ever received. Jane was so helpful and really wanted to help me get exactly what I needed. Such a sweet person in general who cares. Especially since recently I've had such bad experiences with Walgreens It's refreshing to know that I can count on this one! Definitely the best Walgreens in this area by far! Thanks so much Jane, you're the heart of this Walgreens!

Kimberly, who I dealt with who I found out shockingly she is actually the store manager, is rude and very unprofessional. That's all I really have to say I'm going to another pharmacy because his pharmacy is awful and they don't know how to handle their own mistakes

Pharmacy stinks, filled a RX last week, came home to find there was no syringe so I called, they told me I could stop by and get one. I asked if they could bring one to me ( as it was there fault) and they said no. ( I did have one extra at home) Well today my mail man brought me a letter with the syringe and a note saying to pay the mail man $3.25, he told me this should have never been done this way and especially a syringe in the mail!! I told him to give it back, heck, I already paid my co-pay, why should I pay more as it was them who made the mistake. he laughed and said no problem. Also, be sure you check your RX that the dose is right, about 5 months ago my mom noticed her does was written out wrong. I am now going to a different pharmacy.

Do not use walgreens unless you need three emails per day about deals and you like waiting in long lines here. Staff is hit or miss with quality. Phone lines always busy . Long wait times, and you can see unhappy workers. Avoid.

I cannot live without this store. I get my prescriptions, my photos, snacks, batteries, cosmetics. The best part of it is that it's open 24 hours.
