I had amazing experience with valu muffler of Tonawanda, those guys are top notch technicians, Matt is the best of the best, on 07/29/2024 I had issue with my Hyundai Tucson 2017, The engine having bad noise when I start it, stopped by this shop which is 0.3 mile from my home, In just one hour Matt diagnosed the issue and found a big crack in the exhaust manifold which need to be replaced including turbo supercharger, So he moved forward he was able to deal with my car’s company warranty and got approval to start the work.
Matt got the parts quickly, replaced it put new brakes and tires got annual inspection done and my car running just like new one.
Valu muffler & brakes auto center of Tonawanda will be my top priority shop for all my cars repairs and maintenance. Very recommended ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fit us in for a bunch of work including muffler replacement even though they were extremely busy. Good turnaround and fair prices! Car sounds so much better now too

I called on Friday morning and scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle serviced on Saturday morning. Once the guys arrived, they quickly took my vehicle into the shop. In less than an hour, they finished fixing my brakes and I was ready to go. The work they did was outstanding. It was completed quickly and Matt offered me an incredible price. I'll definitely be back for any future work!

Matthew and his team gave us great customer service! Had our alternator go out on a Saturday evening, was able to call on Monday and get it replaced the same day so we could get back home! Didn't pull any funny business either, which is a plus! Definitely worthy of a recommendation!

They managed to get my muffler done in a reasonable time even with constant calls & a gentleman that waited for his car to be done but they were waiting for an ok on the price. The man gave up & swore at the Mgr that he was waiting & they hadn't done anything on his car. They gave him an estimate & he was not satisfied with it so his friend came over & they said some place could it for $400. Replace radiator & temp gauge & replace fluids. Mgr said fine if you found someone for $400. I know the estimate was probably close to $ 600. I would recommend.

Very friendly, kind andhelpful workers. I fouls a new car shop I'll be going from now on. Love that they explain everything to you before doing anything and helps explain what's going on with your car. Excellent service.
