I understand and I appreciate their work. They make way too much noise during the midnight shift and the weekend.

No line. Waited less then 2 minutes to be helped. Clerk was Knowledgeable and gave me many options but wasn't friendly and didn't laugh at my joke. Over all good experience. Now let's see when my package arrives in Colorado. Merry Christmas Post office.

The woman at the counter is incredibly rude. I went in to ask if they do notarization there and she treated me like I was an idiot.

Lost my keys to my mail box along with my ID got the lock changed went to get the new keys paid for them everything. Guy behind the counter goes I need to c your ID. So I pull up a picture of it. They tell me he has ro ask his supervisor if thats good enough. He comes and tells me they cant accept a photo of my ID as identification and tells me I have to bring in my ID or I can't get my keys. So when u get a new ID they mail it to you but I cant get my mail so how am I suposed to show them my ID when it's in my mailbox that I cant get In bc I don't have my ID. Someone make this make sense bc my head hurts and I am really really pissed.

Hope this review can be used as an opportunity for improvement at the front desk.I had get my finger prints processed for immigration, little did I know how complex it was for me online to register and apply to just get the code. I had been trying for days to get that done in advance. With that already being the case, I was referred to by front desk as 'the finger prints guy'. That's rather off-putting, like I wasn't a customer who just simply needed help getting finger printed, or just needed help. The rep was cold from the beginning, and when I showed the code through the email I had, without asking, he took my phone and walked over to the other terminal. He then tossed the 'sign in' sheet for the finger prints, tossed down a pen to use, and tossed down the disclaimer to read over before continuing. And when the electronic finger print machine kept rejecting a couple of my fingers, he audibly got annoyed each time. Obviously I don't know how the machine works beyond what the rep is directing me to do.I understand customer service, regardless which retail or industry it is can be grueling, especially throughout the pandemic of all times, but I simply needed help because I barely knew what I was doing with that process, and I made that obvious. So treating me like I'm not a person -when they weren't even remotely busy at the time- and more of an annoyance instead is appalling. There were customers who I watched be served before me and they didn't remotely have the same experience as I did.If your USPS location is going to be only 1 of 2 locations in the WNY region that handles finger print services for things like immigration, then at least consider how your front desk staff is conducting that service, because my experience wasn't it.

Gross incompetence at this post office. Ignored my mail hold instructions over the holidays which resulted in a stolen package. Man at the counter refused to help me, and his supervisor basically said "sorry, maybe call the police."
I called USPS who swiftly opened an investigation and will file a subsequent claim for me.
Avoid this post office at all costs. I weep for the people of Tonawanda who have to have their mail delivered by these clowns.

One of the better post office I've had to use. They have a ton of PO ?. The building is always clean. There products they sell are always stocked. Customer service leave something to be desired at times. Know my mailman quite well, damn good postman.

Sent two identical packages, first class mail August 24. As of Sept 20th, tracking stated both packages “in transit….arriving late”. Visited PO to inquire about tracking status. PO could not offer any information regarding either package. Several more tracking attempts resulted in zero replies from the USPS. In October one package was received by the addressee, the other is still missing. Again, the USPS has not replied or updated any tracking inquires. USPS advertised “package tracking” is non- existent! USPS offers tracking but does not follow up or reply to any inquiries. Staff at the PO cannot offer any assistance whatsoever! Disgusted with USPS!!!!
