Went to the usps to return a package. I Walked up the lady with the dark hair .. didn’t greet me .. just standing there for 3 mins .. & then goes to say . . Put your package on the scale .. very rude. Train your cashiers to be more polite & friendly.

Not even a full service location and they don't even tell you that. Went to ship a package and specified it was very fragile, just for them to ship it normal when come to find out USPS offers special services for fragile but they didn't even tell me. Caused my package to get lost entirely.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. I use to recommend this place to everyone. 99% of the employees are supper knowledge and go above anft beyond. However, over the last year the owner, Don, has turned into a nasty, money hungry, greedy, screaming j**** He yells at his customers when they ask questions and when asked how he can treat customer like this he stated 'because I have plenty."

Went for a COVID test back in November, and while the employees administering the testing were wonderful, the office staff and the supervisors have been nasty and horrible. Genuinely some of the worst customer service experience I have ever received. When calling with questions about my invoice (which had the wrong date of service and the wrong name on it) the employee got so mad at me asking for a correction that she hung up on me. Called back and asked for a supervisor and she was able to help. Time past and my insurance had a discrepancy with their cost that I was trying to understand. It appeared that I had been overcharged. When I called to ask for some clarification, the lady on the phone wouldn't even let me finish a sentence. Kept cutting me off and telling me it wasn't their problem. She transferred me to a supervisor - this time a gentleman. He helped explain the answer to me which I appreciated, but was so rude in doing it. Started shouting and speaking over me by the end of the call and telling me I am the only person with these questions and they are just too busy. I am just a customer asking for help? This staff is arrogant, rude, and should be ashamed. I am new to Tonawanda and have never dealt with this local pharmacy. I would never return again. I would gladly pay more money for a test somewhere else for a staff that is kind and respectable. If you are looking for a staff that will politely answer your questions if they arise - this is not it. They are angry, mean, and make every excuse under the sun. Stay away.

Wow thank you, I stopped by and they were selling hand sanitizer and n95 masks right outside under a tent. They make their own brand of sanitizer. They are a great pharmacy.

This place is a throwback to the glory days of the drugstore! It has everything from squirt guns to socks to knickknacks to Epsom salts. Always the seasonal decorations and local sports attire as well. All the staff is super friendly and seem to genuinely care about you. I love how the hardwood floor creaks on the one side and always go that way just to hear it! The pharmacist will take his time to answer any questions and go over anything you need. I'll take this place over a Rite Aid or CVS any day. Thanks guys!

This place is literally a mile from my house and I have no idea why I haven't been there before today. A friend recommended it for shipping as an alternative to the post office and I'm so glad she did. I was in and out of there in five minutes to ship a book and they were so helpful and nice, unlike the grumpy post office workers who barely say two words to me. I also had to pick up a drugstore item and they cashed me out all at once. Great customer service and small town feel and I will be back for anything I need to ship for the holidays!

I have been a customer of this Mom & Pop drugstore for many years. The pharmacists, clerks and staff make it a point to know you by name and help you find anything you need. The pharmacists exhibit a very high level of knowledge and are always willing to answer your questions. The store offers a wide variety of items and an extensive selection of cards as well as magazines and books. The gift store is excellent and prices are very reasonable. I drive 8 miles to use this pharmacy though there is a pharmacy less than 2 miles from my home. You can't beat good old-fashioned service and friendliness along with extremely competent pharmacists who are very compassionate. Finally add in a post office, lottery tickets and most recently a compounding center and you have every service you could ever need in a pharmacy!

This place is really cool. It's an old time pharmacy type store. Hard wood floors. Pharmacy area that is comfortable and where they have the time to really talk to you. They have comfy seating while waiting. And free coffee from a Nespresso while waiting as well. In addition to having a pharmacy and post office they sell all sorts of postal related things. And candy bars. And stuffed animals. T shirts. Cards. A whole section devoted to the Buffalo Fan Club. An ATM. Tons of magazines. Lottery tickets. All sorts of things like band aides and nail files etc. I wish this place was in my neighborhood.

I stopped by here for my first time to pick up a script from my neck specialist for a compound pain cream they made up for me. The staff here was super helpful, and I even scored a 20% off coupon for checking in. This isn't your everyday pharmacy, I felt like I was in a home goods store (super cool!). I ended up buying a random but cute gift for my husband.
