FAST, Excellent, Friendly Service. I initially stopped at another location where both myself and other customers were treated VERY poorly. When I arrived at the correct location, Dante was very friendly and professional. My repair was finished early, despite being a busy Saturday. I am VERY grateful for his kinda prompt service!(Nf Blvd Boulevard LocationGalaxy S23Ultra cracked screen).

During the first two visits to the Pittsford store the employees seemed a bit overwhelmed and did not have the necessary screen to do the job nor was he sure when he'd be able to order it.Then I happened to be in the Buffalo area and the folks at the Niagara Falls Blvd store were great, had the screen in stock, and did the repair. When I brought the phone home for my son to test out, he reported that the front camera and fingerprint sensor were no longer working since the replacement of the cracked screen. We took it back to the Pittsford location and they were very helpful and intervened to make sure those elements were functional.Overall, got the job done! It just took a little persistence.

I had a problem with my ps5 overheating and didn't know that the problem was because of liquid metal and they took care of it no problem, their employees are very knowledgeable and kind and they let me know about all of the issues and problems with my console while also letting me know why the issue happened.

My wife’s Samsung cell phone had a microphone problem and she needed it two days later. The people at Asurion were knowledgeable, very friendly and were able to replace the bad component in about two hours the same day. Great service and support. Thank you very much.

Asurion is simply awful. The people at this and one other store (Transit)) I had to go to were fine but the company itself is simply awful. I pay AT&T $40 a month to insure multiple phones on our account. That’s $480 a year. So in 2-1/2 years I have paid them $1,200 and never before made a claim.I got an email from them saying I may need a battery since the phone is 2-1/2 years old. My battery capacity was down to 82%. But I answered other questions indicating that my phone shuts off unexpectedly, etc. It said I qualify for a new battery. So I brought it into the Transit location as scheduled and they said I had a minor small crack on the bottom of my front screen that needed to be replaced first. This is where things became ridiculous. In order to fix the front glass, I needed to cancel my battery appointment. Why? That makes no sense whatsoever. It’s like bringing your car to a mechanic for an oil change and tire rotation, and the mechanic says I can only do one or the other but not both.So I do that and plan to leave my phone with them to repair the glass. Well turns out the store doesn’t have the glass so I have to drive to another town to get that done. I drive to the NFB (this) store and I leave the phone there and they do the glass but later say they don’t have the time to do the battery that evening. So rather than drive there to get my phone I leave it overnight. The next morning I get a call, thinking they are about to say that my phone is ready to be picked up. Instead, they say they can’t do the battery because it only got approved for glass. After then spending the next 3 to 4 hours on the telephone with Asurion, they keep trying to submit claims for a battery, and it keeps arriving at the store location as a claim for glass, which has already been done. The person trying to help me in the battery department of Asurion reaches out to some service people within the company who then say they can’t deal with her because they don’t deal with batteries. Each person I speak with acknowledges the numerous ridiculous policies that I and they encounter daily. After getting the runaround for hours and hours, they ultimately concluded that I can’t get a battery because my battery capacity is 82% and it needs to be down to 77%. Of course, this is contrary to how I qualified for a battery in the first place. And was never claimed as the problem prior to spending hours dealing with them. They also kept contending that by replacing the glass it sets the phone up as a warrantied phone so that you can’t get a new battery but have to get a new phone which makes no sense either. Can’t wait to see what they say when my battery hits 77%. At that point, I am thinking class action litigation will be the way to go.So this place is good if you are paying for your repair yourself, but I would implore you never to pay for a service contract with Asurion.Edit (update): their reply to call or email them is absurd given that I’ve already spent more than four hours talking to their people. They did nothing to resolve the situation. They’re trying to make it look like they’re willing to help when they don’t actually help.

I needed my iphone cleaned and battery replaced. There was a line to the door, having just opened and on a Sunday. The employee was amazing. He was by himself and was quick and efficient. There were many orders ahead of me for him to repair, but I had my phone back the same day! Highly recommend! I wish I remembered the employees name to give him kudos!

Had a great experience today at Asurion off of Niagra Falls Blvd. My phone screen was shattered and I made a claim with Verizon. My claim told me to come to Asurion and I'm amazed at the service. Dante helped me out very quickly and said the repair would take around 2 hours. I was surprised and expected around a week. He called back about 20 minutes later saying my phone was all set. I would definitely recommend Asurion for phone or other electronic repairs. If your headed in ask for Dante!

I was out in travel and got my phone wet while visiting Niagara Falls. We rushed to these guys who had the parts and the know how to fix my phone. They worked with me and gave me different price options based on part type. I was able to get phone working 100%. I'm so grateful for the two young men who helped me out because my photos, which are priceless, are back safe with me and are uploading in my iCloud. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

I thought my daughter's phone was a lost cause but brought it in anyway. We were in and out in 30 minutes with a working phone that looked brand new. I thought it would at least take a day or two since I went in after work and to a preteen, that's eternity. My daughter was so happy! The staff was amazing and so nice. Definitely recommend 1000%

Very easy to work with. I had a cracked screen(on a Note 20 ultra). They said my phone would be ready in around 2 hours. I just said it wasn't big deal ill I get it tomorrow. I was surprised after I got it turned it on it was a new used Note. They even charged it for me. I wasn't expecting that! I'd use there services again if need be I hope I don't lol. I would recommend.

This is our fourth visit to this location in the past year and a half, and it is consistently a good visit. They have most of the repair products on hand and their services are always done in a timely manner. Occasionally and as expected, a part needs to be ordered that isn’t stocked. The communication with this store is always adequate.Chris, at the Amherst, NY location is knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and professional.Thank you for another fix for our family.

I have had repairs done to a cellphone on three different occasions. Friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever dealt with. Quick turnaround time on the repairs. Highly recommended!
