and knowledgeable, took the time to help me with a technical issue at the checkout. I left there feeling like a valued customer after all there attention to this matter.

Staff were rude. Customer service ice closed at 7pm. There were no signs to let me know. I was just told it was on the Web.

Extremely rude staff. Cashier Jay (young black kid) throws items into bags and shoves bags into your face. Should of been fired long ago as I have experienced a lot of rudeness with him in the past. Won't ever visit this location again.

Huge brawl here yesterday. Its also poorly run. Poorly lit and the workers from management to customer service are rude or unpleasant/u professional. The cart guy chain smokes right outside the door’s leaving you with a wonderful aroma as you enter/leave store lol. Nice;)

I was having trouble with my EBT card and the cashier was trying to be helpful. My complaint is with the manager, rude and condescending. I believe her name was Christina. You have no right to call yourself Tops FRIENDLY Market with employes like that!

The worst Tops in their entire chain. They have only 2 scales in the produce department and typically one is out of order. Just stopped there to get a pepper. Both scales were out of labels. As they were last week. Pathetic. Take your hard earned cash to Wegmans.

The fish fry avoid the skin was hard I thought it read baked? Never again fool me once is all they get waste of 11$ with bonus card but I tried it stick to my certain fish places for dinner's. Just stick to grocery shopping
