Very disrespectful staff and I am a regular customer and I feel very disrespected I went up to ask for a sugar packet because not enough sugar was put in my coffee and she said in a very nasty attitude what do I want what do I need and I asked for a sugar packet and then when I went to ask for a muffin she didn’t want to take my order and the muffin was tossed over to me very bad experience would not recommend this location to anyone

Shocked that my coffee was cold when I drank it. If I hadn't been already a mile.doen the road I would have asked.for a new one. It was 9:30 in the morning and it was very busy so I'm not sure how cold coffee happened. Other than that it was good and our baked good were delicious.

The employee working the drive thru today 1/16/24 at approximately 9:20am was extremely rude. We tried placing an order for a drink with espresso. They couldn't fulfill the order because the machine was "broken" (I doubt that- I'm sure it was just laziness) Then, we tried ordering a brown butter caramel drink off of the menu- they said they don't have that there anymore. It was clearly on the menu. Then, we tried ordering a maple waffle breakfast sandwich off of the menu, and the employee stated they don't have that there and told us to look at the updated menu that's right in front of us. We told them we were ordering off of the menu. The attitude we received was unacceptable. I filed a complaint with corporate and was told I would receive a call back in 3-5 days. I have no faith that I will. If the manager is allowing employees to treat customers this way, I have no faith that they will address this issue.

I travel quite a bit so coffee is a must. This particular location has gotten almost all my orders spot on.....which seems to be rare lately. Consistency can be a hit or miss but more often than not about right.More so than anything this location has at least 2 outstanding young employees who have been incredibly professional on every occasion I've encountered them. I'd hire them.

I was in an unfamiliar area and looked up the nearest Tim Horton's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food and drink were ready quickly and it was delicious.

I had frequented Tim Horton’s just once before. This location way exceeded my expectations!! Coffee was strong, hot, and perfect. Most importantly, young workers were working together as a team in the morning rush. Their support and constructive recommendations to each other rival corporate teams in other professions. It was also great to see ALL of their hair pulled back and caps used. There were a lot of bright and smiling faces during their hard, stressful efforts to manage the Saturday rush. Great job.

Great location, fast service, but terrible communication. When waiting for your order they just kinda place items on the counter top without announcing the name or what it is exactly. I find this to not be too big of a deal when it’s slow but when it’s busy which this place is majority of the time it’s pretty annoying. Obviously everyone should know what they order but I don’t think you should expect people to know what exactly is in every bag or cup. From my experience though I find a good deal of Tim Horton locations doing this while a Dunkin’ Donuts or another fast breakfast brand always makes and effort to make sure customers are getting the correct order.

Everytime I come to this Tim's I have and issue. This time I ordered a cold brew and it is good but it's not a cold brew. It's still warm and cold brew is not done that way. So I was charged for a cold brew and got an ice coffee .... It's still a good coffee?

Ordered a large double double this morning October 16 at app 510am and opened the coffee to find double cream and no sugar at all. Happens at least once a week at this store
