#5 clippers all over- pretty simple, pretty quick. A few wild hairs left, I probably should have asked her to run over it again to clear them up. My bad. Attendant very friendly and helpful. Located very close to home.

I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00pm today. I arrived at the store at 1:54pm. Upon entering the store, the door was locked, there was no employee in sight, and there was a sign stating they were closed until 2:00pm (presumably for an employee lunch break). I went back to the door at EXACTLY 2:00pm, only to find that they had already opened, and the stylist already accepted an elderly gentleman to cut his hair (who did not have an appointment). I don't know how this could possibly have even happened. The stylist acknowledged me, but still took the other guy instead ahead of me, forcing me to wait an additional 20 minutes, when I had to get back to work. Poor service.

I've seen Alexis a few times now and she is fantastic. Very friendly and always gets my hair the way I want it. She's the best!

The ABSOLUTE WORST! Never again! I went for a cut. I didn't need anything intricate! I went in with hair past my shoulders. I asked for a long inverted bob! I walked out with a mushroom cut! The manager refused to give me a refund. My hair was all crooked! The two stylists were not friendly. The one stylist INTENTIONALLY sprayed me in the face with her water bottle when I said I didn't like it. I told the manager she's lucky I didn't snap! I was so upset! The manager told me I am not band from their store! LOL who would go back after they destroyed me! GARBAGE!!!

I have a hard time washing my hair as I had a hip replacement and six reconstructions. Alexis is wonderful! Every time I call, she makes sure to get me in within a half hour. No waiting time. Im glad they close early during canal fest,, people get crazy in the beer tent! Will definitely keep returning in the future! Location, staff, store all fit my needs. Thought I'd give supercuts a try but as always their hours are super unreliable, drove for a haircut for my 2 boys to find they are closed but it's only posted on the door due to canalfest?! Why? You'd rather have fun than make money?! Anyone definitely not making that mistake for a third time. Super inconvenient.

I am so glad you guys close early during canal fest I live in tonawanda and it isn't safe all the time the girls there do a great job and it makes me think you know you guys care about your employees and their safety obviously anyone who says other wise isn't from here and doesn't know whats happening

OMG worse haircut I have got in 20 years, wentback 3 times and the same lady is always there. She cut the top to less than a quarter inch and the fade 1/2 inch in some sopts. Add some gel and looks like a bad version of wolverine!Service: Haircut
