Hours on website clam store in Amherst, NY opens at 10am. Went up to the door and it was locked. Associate in the store looked then ignored us. Tried calling...no answer. Online chat was useless.

Do not have many shoes on my sizeStaff did not come to assist even though we were the only ones in the store and it was apparent that we were looking for something. Had to interupt the conversation at the front deskTo have our question answered. Will dhop tje Niagara falls location for now on.

Went here looking for shoes to wear to work that won't hurt your feet. Asked for recommendations and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful!
