The space had a big oil spot on the floor, and it was dirty. The price is better than most, but there is no security gate.

Not a bad storage place I do not recommend you storing Furniture here or anything fabric. My household items were stored here for just about 2 months had to throw away so much because it was covered in mold didn't have insurance so basically lost a lot of things. Pricing for this is not that bad good easy people to work with awesome to have access to your stuff 24/7

Decent, accommodating, and so far dry! Customer service is good too when I had small issue with a broken gutter over my unit.

Very Good experience in the Self-Stor of Tonawanda. They were on time, car looked clean. I got a very nice feeling about this operation.

Self store made getting some extra space easy. Steve worked with me to make sure I got the size I needed and explained the whole process. He even offered to arrange to be there when we arrived, outside of his normal hours. I highly recommend them for your storage needs!
