Bad customer service, i live 1 minute away from this car wash, but i would rather go to Delta Sonic. i left my all-weather car floor mate by the vacuum area by the time i returned to pick it up (not more than 6 hr) they put it in a garage can, really? You can't just save it for a day or 2?A couple of weeks ago, i went to the car wash, and my credit card was expired, and the payment didn't go through automatically, so i didn't have my card on me to update it , they had my back up and make a big shame u turn and in the line. It's called customer service 101. I have been your customer for more than 5 years now, and you couldn't just go through and update your card next time???

1st off I never received a call back and 2nd, I purchased a month of free washes and every time I've tried to go through gate, it won't open and I have to press button for someone to come out to make gate open. After a long day at work, I would just like to quickly run car through car wash and go home, instead of having to wait at times over 5+min for someone to get gate to open despite having bar code sticker on my windshield...

The 24 hour automatic carwash cost $13+ for undercarriage and regular car wash. It does a poor job of cleaning the car, no brushes and it costs too much at over $13 total. Not a good value at all. I didn't even feel or notice an undercarriage spray...???

Went to wash my vehicle today and spent 15.21 because I wanted the tires done also, but what a disappointment, my vehicle was almost as dirty as it went in. The tires cleaning was crappy, and the whole vehicle was still dirty all over, so my first time going there and also my last.

I washed the car three times today！Around 10:50am, 3:20pm, and now at 4pm! No one has used the other thing that gets rid of mosquito bodies (I don't know what that's called) but it's possible to clean these up with that! Is there an extra charge for that? Not included in the monthly fee?

The response to a rear end collision within this car wash has been nothing more than horrible. This accident occurred in March of 2023 and as of today August 30, 2023 there is no resolution. The car wash cannot or will not provide footage of the incident so the drivers insurance can assign fault. Management has promised to contact me after numerious visits to the wash but not once have they. So my vehicle, which was 6 months old when this happened has yet to be fixed. So , as I have two cars registered in their monthly plan at $30 each/ month, thats $720 worth of annual buisness, I'll be going back to Delta Sonic.

I frequently visit the Royal Car Wash on Sheridan and I must say, it is one of the best drive-through car washes in the area. Besides they offer free self-vacuuming with plenty of powerful stalls and that is all inclusive with membership, they also provide a bucket with bug-pretreatment if you wish to self scrub too.. if you forget your drying rags no worries you can borrow rags from them, also. The manager, Chris, is extremely helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed advice on how to maintain that fresh and new look on my car, or about different services he came through. Chris's expertise make it an outstanding choice for anyone looking for a drive-through car wash. Thank you, Chris, for your help and for maintaining such a fantastic establishment! Highly recommend this place!!!!!

I love coming to this wash, the location is convenient, the staff is very helpful and friendly and My car always comes out looking brand new, the free vacuums also help upkeep the inside of my car.
