On 07/21/23 I Was picking up Amazon delivery and shopping. The very elderly man behind the counter cashing me out was in obvious distress and in pain. I kept asking if he was ok but he said yea my back just hurts. I thought he was gonna fall out, I found another employee with no name tag and told her that he looked in trouble but she just smirked then told me he always like that and that it’s ok, he’s faking. It wasn’t ok, the man was easily in his 80s and she showed no compassion or respect, None. If she treats elderly workers like that imagine how she treats the elderly customers. Horrible, Not going back there.

Anthony the pharmacist was super helpful today in regards to helping me with my OTC selection of medications. No matter how busy the pharmacists are they are always friendly and willing to help out their customers !

My usual Rite Aid is closed due to the blizzard and the other closest Rite Aid isn’t answering the phone. The pharmacist at this Rite Aid I spoke with today went above and beyond to help me get the prescription I need filled.

I called to ask if my prescription (6 pills!!) would be ready. They said one hour. I waited an hour and went in. They said just a minute. It took another 45 minutes for SIX PILLS Their whole business is to be a pharmacy. I will be taking my business elsewhere and so should you. Poor job Rite Aid.

Zero responsibility taken for patient/customer health and wellness. Stay far away. We took our daughter here for her COVID vaccine. She got her first dose just fine and automatically scheduled her second dose for three weeks out as it is intended. We arrived for her appointment only to find they did not have any child doses of the vaccine available. No phone call, no appointment cancellation email, nothing. No attempt to identify another location for her either. Just, "sorry, nothing we can do, you're on your own." It's incredibly disappointing that these are the people given the responsibility for vaccinating children. It's clear they cannot handle it.

No public restroom, can't spend money if you need to use the restroom first. Perhaps it's because it's in a depressed area and they've had issues? But seriously, it's the only decent thing to do if you're a public business.

I hate going from my warm car into a freezing cold shopping experience. It felt like 50 degrees in there yesterday. I see a lot of elderly shoppers who deserve a warm building to pick up their meds. The extra star is for the friendly and helpful employees! Rite Aid please do something about this, I’m a frequent shopper at this location.
