I have been going to Red Star for almost 20 years for everything from inspections to extensive collision. I find that they are honest, trustworthy and do good work at a fair price, every time. I don't feel at any time (as with other mechanics) that I will be taken advantage of..Instead, they make you feel at ease and secure. I highly recommend ??

Did a few things for my car this summer: repaired AC compressor, replaced all speakers, added backup cam, changed the cigarette lighter to USB port... All things are completed perfectly here.
5 stars for Sergio and staffs here. Very nice and comfortable to talk about my car and (weird) requests even I'm opposite of the expert. And he is very honest with every issue and gets the best solution for the customer. :D

My vehicle was brought there by Joe Cecconi dealership to attempt to fix a leak by way of resealing a fender weld, clearly outlined in a TSB. The vehicle was brought back to them twice more to fix the shoddy work they did, and all that got me was more issues. I was amazed that a collision shop was unable to get body panels to line up, and then proceed to make them worse after being asked to fix the issues they initially caused. This place offered nothing but headaches and excuses, so much so that I decided I would rather live with the problems they caused than provide them the opportunity to continue to ruin my truck. They have zero pride in the work they do, and truthfully the owner should be ashamed that he let work like this out his door. Thankfully, by the grace of god, all of my problems with this truck and Red Star were resolved when a tree fell on it and totaled it. Ironically, the body panels were more aligned after this event than they ever were after visiting Red Star. Luckily for Red Star, they were shielded from my rage as I took it all out on Dummy Dan, the incompetent service advisor at Joe Cecconi, who blamed them and refused to take any responsibility himself.

I took my car to Red Star Auto today to fix a slow leak in my tire and Nick and the guys there were professional, knowledgeable and polite. Nick answered all my questions about brakes for my car and I'll be having all my maintenance done here in the future! For quick and affordable service, I highly recommend!

There aren't words for how amazing these guys are. They are truly the best. Great prices, awesome service. If you are nervous because you are a female and single or don't know much about cars, take your car here- they are honest, fair, and just all around good people. So thankful to have found such amazing people. I have recommended them to friends and family alike and everyone has been super happy with the service they received.
