The service for blood draw was fine, but billing took 6 months to send me the bill, 1 year later they are still finding things to charge me for and i haven't been there in 9 months. Not at all pleased with the Company

Horrible communication, staff untrained on reading basic lab instructions, and impossible to get ahold of any type of leadership to complain or give feedback.

“You can take this specimen container home and when you drop it off just check in on the screen and someone will come right out to the door” - Waiting for 2 hours.Make an appointment people. Then they will only waste 30+ minutes of your time in the waiting room!

If I could give zero stars I would. Had to wait over 30 minutes past appointment time to drop off a sample because they messed up the label when providing the sample container. Do yourself a favor and go to Kaleida Health.

Quick and simple process to get your blood work done. I prefer walk ins and recommend them. Just be sure you're no where close to lunch or closing.

They're so rude as soon as you ask a question. Responsing with a venomous tone "do you have an appointment?" No, but I sat there 30 minutes. They could've easily taken me in and be done with it before anyone who did showed up.

I was the next one on the standby list after waiting 2 hours, and the lady said that they were not going to take anyone without an appointment today. What a joke...

I made an appointment but the auto check-in did not work. Waited for more than 2 hours. Stupid system.

Would give 0 stars if i could...I waited over 3 hours on the standby list and then was told that all 17 people on the list couldnt be taken because of being too busy. I was #4 on the list... then somehow got bumped down to #5.Would of been nice if I was told when I got there that they wouldn't be taking any standby appointments. Incredibly rude and inconsiderate staff. Save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else! Hilarious that they have a sign that says "heros work here".

I liked it better when they had a person checking patients in. The kiosks make it a very cold, impersonal environment. They don't have enough chairs in their waiting room even though they have plenty of room.

Record every interaction at this place with your phone. You have the absolute right to do so.1.) My insurance covers the cost of all lab tests. I was puzzled when the blood tech told me I had a balance due of $100, just as soon as I sat in the chair. She was adamant that I owed them $100, but offered no explanation. Rather than argue, I told her to bill me. I immediately called my insurer, who called Quest. The insurer said Quest had changed their billing processes. I never paid the $100 and never heard anything. Do NOT let them shake you down, especially if you have elderly relatives goinghere.2.) Their new policy requires a copy of your Driver's License on file with them. You can supposedly opt out . The next time their database gets hacked, all of your personal medical information, along with your photo and home address will be for sale on the web.3.) A few years ago, when they were using clipboards to sign in, the tech came out read my name and loudly feigned frustration about my penmanship or unpronounceable name. I should have walked out right then, but as others have remarked, where else can you go?It's shameful that a corporation that's cornered a small niche market has such woefully inadequate customer service.

If you cannot take walk Ins you should not take walk ins. Getting seen after waiting two hrs is not a service. Had I known wait was greater than 2-3 hrs I would have left or made an appointment but after 2.5 hrs and still waiting I'm vested... ... and the angry sounding woman yelling " if you haven't made an appointment you are going to be a long while to be seen" after I've been here for more than two hrs is not an appropriate notification. Its inappropriate and absolutely horrible service

Receptionist has terrible customer service. She kept telling my mother she was confused because these doctors don’t know how to communicate with Quest and vise versa. If the doctor tells you just make an appointment at Quest and give them your name, they already have the script then it should be that simple. This receptionist was so rude telling my mom she’s confused because she didn’t bring a script and they have nothing in the database for her. Do better Quest and Sheridan Medical Group.
