Went to Quest on Delaware by the 290. I had a 6:50am appointment. Arrived at 6:35. I was taken back right away. They were short handed due to a call in but the phlebotomist even knowing she was going to have a crazy day was so friendly and upbeat inspite of her day ahead. I barely felt the needle go in and I was in & out in about 10 minutes from arrival to blood draw. I will definitely use this location from now on.

This is a great place if you’d like to make an appointment and then just get ignored, we had an appointment and after listening to the TV on repeat for 15 minutes tell us how necessary appointments are and walk ins are given the next available slot literally came through the door and they took them before taking any of the people sitting in the lobby who had an appointment. So if your idea of good customer service is wasting your time and not being called for an appointment that was so critical to be made you have to make an advance and this is your spot.

Very friendly staff and very efficient. I have veins not easy to access but they always seem to find them with no problem the first time. This is the only location I will go to.

Every time I go to quest, which is often due to health issues, I have a very easy time. I always make an appointment, so I get taken "on time"/quickly upon arrival. The phlebotomists are always polite, knowledgeable, kind and are also very good at the actual technical part of drawing blood! Not once have I had an issue with any of them drawing blood! It's always relatively pain free and also very quick.
I can't stress enough how much of a wonderful job the staff does.

I live 1/2 mile from a quest but I drive 10 miles specifically for the people working there. I'm a very, very, very hard stick (almost bought a vien finder). The phlebotomists that work there have all been trained by Lynn. They are the best in thier field of medicine. Won't go anywhere else.

May 6, 2024- After reading several of the negative reviews I know exactly which employee they are referring to who is nasty and unprofessional. She has brown curly hair up in pony with glasses. I was there earlier for blood work in the a.m. and had to return back after I left my gyno to check my HP levels due to a miscarriage. They do take walk ins fyi but it depends on who you confront because every time she would come out no one could say a word to her. Anyways I still sat there with one other person on stand by while they vacuumed for the last 15-20 minutes to close. Mind you the person on stand by was late claiming they had an appointment but was told they had to wait a while on stand by so which one is it?! You take walk ins or you don’t?! I was first on the list the entire time for 40+ minutes and was turned away lying in my face that they announced that they don’t take walk-ins… yet they are vacuuming while screaming to lock the door before closing time etc etc — while I was out in the room alone waiting patiently for a quick draw of blood. The gentlemen as well took the “late” couple before me that was told to wait on stand by TO THE OWNER OF QUEST: PLEASE WATCH THE CAMERAS & AUDIO !!!!! PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR AND IN YOUR SYSTEM STATING THAT QUEST REFUSES WALK INS AT THIS LOCATION. AND THAT WITCH NEEDS TO BE FIRED BECAUSE SHES A HORRIBLE INFLUENCE AND REPRESENTATION OF THIS LOCATION.

My technician was excellent! I usually have difficulties with getting blood out of me but she was perfect! Not only did she poke me just one time but it was painless and in the vein so perfectly that she was able to get enough to fill nine tubes! I also have no bruising!
