Not a fan. Don't be surprised if you go to look at a vehicle and it's dirty as hell. Went to test drive a vehicle a few weeks ago and it was covered in dog hair. It smelled like a pound and was clearly not ready to be shown. I opted to take it for a drive and decided I liked it. I simply asked that it be cleaned before I came to get it. I was assured that it would be detailed and deodorized.I went back the next day and the detailing that was done was nothing short of a joke. My sales associate, Cal even told me he pulled chopsticks from between the seat AFTER it was detailed. I showed him how there was enough hair and crumbs under the headrest that I could in essence build my own husky if I wanted to. He agreed it was gross and gave me an IOU for a free detailing at the Lexus dealership.Fast forward to my next day off and I agreed to bring it in in the morning. I got there at 10:10am and baby, Cal was handing those keys back by 11:02am. There's no way in hell he could have driven to the Lexus dealership, had it fully detailed and came back in that time. And honestly, it showed. The same gross dried-on crust was on the knobs in the back seat, a small chihuahua was under the seats, and the schmutz I pointed out on the door was still there. Cal and company basically did a quick little vacuum, sprayed something pretty and sent me on my way.What I learned is because I didn't help them "make money" according to Tom the manager, and I didn't accept his piss poor "deal", customer satisfaction goes out the window. To say I'm disappointed is being kind. I wouldn't recommend this dealership at all. If they can't detail a car I certainly wouldn't trust them with anything major. The little broken things I found along the way let me know that they don't take pride in the vehicles they're putting out. They just want to move inventory.

I am always happy to have Dave Fruscione be my service professional!! I don't know how he remembers me each time I show up. He is always helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. On a scale of 10 I give him 15!

Excellent customer service. Courteous, accurate, informed personnel. Reviewed plan in detail. After vehicle inspected, customer service called in a timely manner to authorize repairs. Costs reviewed. Vehicle repaired on time. Follow up contact made to ensure satisfaction. All questions answered to my satisfaction.

Dave check me in in the service department. He throughly explained everything and was very helpful and professional. He called when my Jeep was finished and gave me a rough estimate ahead of time. My vehicle now runs like new with no light on on the dashboard. Great job well done!!!

Top notch service. Bill was so helpful and delighted to get my car back. I had to wait for a part, but Bill was able to add the car rental so I would not be without a car. I do have that they do not have enough mechanics to cover our community. My car was having electrical issues and the appointment was out one month. But they did ttake very good care of me and my car. The whole team was very professional and friendly. Great team in the service department.

Found a flawless 2021 Ram 2500 with 15k miles after searching for awhile. Sales held the vehicle for me when there was a lot of interest in it, till I could get there after work. Decided to purchase the truck and the process was pretty quick and simple. They took care of everything for me and when I came to pick up the truck, I was in and on my way in about 20 minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Gerald was wonderful.I went to several car shops locally and he was the only one who made me feel welcome not pushed around. I believe he wanted to make sure I drove away with a good reliable car. Other staff members also helped get cars from other near by locations for me to look at. Everybody was very pleasant, some even funny and when making such a huge life decision we could all use a laugh.

I had a service appointment for my Jeep & it included several recall checks. As expected, the appointment took some time however the technician assisting me (Dave F) was very accommodating & checked in with me frequently to let me know the progress that was being made. This eased the passing of time & I knew proper care was being performed on my vehicle. I am very pleased with my experience & highly recommend Dave F.

Dave in the service department was fantastic. I added a tire rotation at the last minute and he made it happen. He was in constant contact and made everything incredibly smooth. Not only that but he noticed my veteran license plate and made a point to thank me for my service multiple times. It always means a lot when someone does this. I always get quality service and incredible customer service. Thank you.

I did not buy my Jeep here, but have began to bring my vehicle in as I needed to address a recall. I came in for my appointment and they did not have the parts needed however but did order it and will be calling once they come in. I appreciated knowing before my car was dropped off for the day. Bill was incredibly kind and explained things in a way for me to easily understand. He also let me know that I had 3 free months of XM and programmed it for me, which was a nice surprise! Definitely will be trading in here eventually!

I was not happy at all. Got towed in for electrical problem. Called me two days later to tell me battery was shot. Said it would cost me almost $500 in parts and diagnostics. I told them not to do the work. I went out and bought a battery (less than $100) But I didn't need to use it because when my brother turned key it started right up with the supposedly dead battery.

George the salesperson was great! Never felt pressured to buy he didn’t hover over us and gave us the car facts straight up. He is the only salesman I trust! So much I named my car after him.
