Bought all my vehicles here. Most recently my 3rd. A ram truck. Sales guy (pat young) was nice but knew very little about the different models and trims and kept leaving me and having someone else switch out with helping me.
Sales at this location is inferior to their Toyota/Volkswagen location.
Typically their used cars get full detail before sale, but they didn't clean my engine bay at all(in a rush). Pat said they typically do and promised to book me an appointment to get it done. 2-3 calls/ texts later never happened.
Don’t come here expecting top notch service and dont take anyones word here. Get everything in writing. Will be looking at other dealerships in the future unfortunately.

Very pleasant experience. The customer service was awesome. Everyone did a great job making me feel welcomed. My salesperson person Andrew was especially fantastic, he was very diligent and knowledgeable as it pertained to the vehicle I leased. Will definitely be returning when it’s time for a new car.

Probably will not return as a customer. Poor understanding of customer service. They let me leave with a dead animal smell in my vehicle,told me to call my insurance company. Unbelievable . The routine maintenance was fine,but I had called several days prior to advise them of the new issue. Was assured they would take of it,well they didn't.
